Kerana

Becoming a young mother is not an easy task, especially wen carrying the great responsibility of providing for a family. However, Kirana, a 26 years old young mother, never took it as a reason to stop dreaming. From her modest home, she began building a small business. The grilled fish she sold, along with the cakes she baked, were not only food for her business but a livelihood for her family. Amidst her busy routine running a home business, Kirana remained determined to pursue education. She studied Informatics Engineering at Nusa Nipa University, Maumere'. Balancing time between studies, business and family was never easy. She often woke up earlier than usual to prepare orders, then attending classes and returning home with the remaining energy to serve her customers. She went through it all with perseverance. Her persistence eventually bore fruit. In May this year, Kirana officially graduated. That moment was not only an academic achievement but also a symbol of courage a young women's ability to balance the roles of mother, wife, student, and entrepreneur. She proved that limitations are not obstacles, but motivations to become stronger.
Servas

Much like Kirana, Servas's story is equally moving. He is a Social Studies teacher at Saint Mary Junior High School, Maumere. Every morning, he stands in front of his class with full responsibility, imparting knowledge and life values to his students. For Servas, teaching is not just a job, but a calling of the heart to educate the younger generation. However, when the schools bell rings at the end of the day, his struggle does not stop. In the afternoon, he puts on his workshop clothes and starts working. The workshop was his late father's legacy, who passed away two years ago. Instead of letting the business close down, Servas chose to continue it, turning it into a source of livelihood for his family. Every bolt he tightened and every engine he repaired was both an act of honoring his father and proof of his readiness to stand amidst challenges. Behind the sweat and exhaustion, Sevas carried a spirit rarely seen in young people his age. He not only teaches with dedication but also preserved his family's legacy with full responsibility.
