VANILLA

Mio is visiting Flores vanilla farms as a part of her agriculture outreach program.

These large beans provide a higher percentage of vanilla caviar.

A rare and exceptional vanilla is grown on Alor and Andonara Islands of Eastern Flores Province. This vanilla's unusual length yields abundant caviar with a flavor composed of warm, creamy sweetness, and caramel. Shade grown in a natural habitat assures biodiversity and home industry economy.  Once harvested and dried we cure our vanilla in Maumere' under ideal conditions.
