Natural disasters are common in Indonesia as country located on the "Ring of Fire". Due to a recent volcanic eruption and ensuing earthquake many homes were lost. While the government was able to help rebuild homes and businesses, some victims were unable to receive assistance. As this widow's shelter was not eligible , our foundation stepped forward to help her rebuild.
